OxL Reference

error unresolved-import

error Standard: [§2.2]

What it means#

A use declaration names a module or item that does not exist (§2.2). The first segment is valid (std, self, super or a dependency), but a later segment does not lead to a module of the package or to a public item.

Example#

oxl✓ checked in CI
use std.tme { sleep }      // <- unresolved-import (the module is called std.time)

fn main() io, time { sleep(1ms) }
error
unresolved-import

How to fix#

oxl✓ checked in CI
use std.time { sleep }

fn main() io, time { sleep(1ms) }

Check the module directory names under src/ and the item names. If the root is wrong, see bad-import-root.
