What it means#

The attributes of an rpc are @timeout(d), @retry(n, backoff: b), @idempotent(key: f), @readonly, @cache(ttl: d, key: f), @ratelimit(rps: n, burst: m, by: f), @public, @internal, @allow(…), @resumable, @window(n), @trace(sample: p), @audit. Durations and counts are compile-time values.
