Некорректный манифест oxl.toml.
What it means#
The package manifest oxl.toml is missing, is not valid TOML, or violates the package format: a [package] table with name, version and edition, dependency tables [deps] and [dev-deps], profiles, [build], [lint] and [workspace] (part III.2). The package is the unit of build and versioning (§2.1), so nothing else can be compiled until the manifest is valid.
