warning pipeline-idempotency

Вызов rpc без `@idempotent` в надёжном (`durable`) шаге пайплайна.

What it means#

A durable step and all steps after it are repeated on another node after a failure (at-least-once). An rpc without @idempotent may then run twice.

How to fix#

Mark the rpc @idempotent, or remove durable from the step.
