What it means#

A program has at most one cluster; role names are unique; serves names services (not extern service); port, trace_sample (a ratio 0.0..=1.0, the default trace sampling; --trace-sample/OXL_TRACE_SAMPLE override it), defaults, assign by appear once and auto is last in assign by; defaults knows timeout, drain, idempotency_ttl and topic_retention (positive durations); roles use serves, hosts (sharded actors), runs (sagas, leader("name")), journal, shards, replication, replicas (n, a..b, a..), needs and expose; expose takes a port and tls(cert:, key:) or tls(acme:).
