error lock-outdated

oxl.lock отсутствует или устарел при --locked / --frozen.

What it means#

oxl.lock records the exact versions, sources and content hashes of all dependencies, and a hash of the dependency declarations it was made from (D-6303). With --locked (and --frozen, which also forbids the network) the build must use the lock as it is: when a manifest of the workspace declares different dependencies, or the lock is missing, the build stops instead of rewriting the lock. Without these flags the lock is updated silently.

How to fix#

Run oxl build / oxl check / oxl update without --locked, review and commit the new oxl.lock. In CI keep --locked so that an unreviewed lock change fails the build.
