cmd oxl doctor
oxl doctor [--json]check the environment: installation layout, link driver, system headers / SDK, debugger adapter, a hello-world build and run, build cache, platform specifics (macOS: Command Line Tools, quarantine, signature; Linux: ptrace scope) and, inside a project, oxl.toml; one line per check (ok / info / warn / fail) with a hint; --json is machine-readable; exit 1 if any check fails (warnings do not fail)
