oxl access who-can <Service.method> [path] [--json] | diff [--against <ref|model.json>] [path] [--allow-widening] [--json] | export [path] [--out model.json]

access rights analysis (§13.4): who may call an rpc and through which rules / roles; permissions added or removed since a revision (default HEAD) or a saved model (exit 1 when access widened unless --allow-widening)
