cmd oxl build
oxl build [path] [-o out] [--profile p] [--target t] [--static] [--image ref]compile a package or a single .oxl file; --static links a fully static executable (glibc, libstdc++ and the runtime's libraries inside; implementation extension, D-7703); --image oci:<dir>[:tag] writes an OCI image layout, --image <name>[:tag] an OCI archive build/image/<name>-<tag>.tar (no docker; the program, its shared libraries, the CA bundle)
