Whether there are no bytes.

Example:

true false

Whether the text has no characters.

Example:

fn main() io {
  print("{"".isEmpty()} {"a".isEmpty()}")
}

true false

True for the empty string.

Example:

fn main() io {
  print("{"".isEmpty()} {"a".isEmpty()}")
}

true false
