Whether the text ends with suffix.

Example:

fn main() io {
  print("{"hello".endsWith("lo")} {"hello".endsWith("he")}")
}

true false

True when the string ends with suffix.

Example:

fn main() io {
  print("{"main.oxl".endsWith(".oxl")}")
}

true

pub(api) fn endsWith(suffix: str) -> bool
