bank-saga

A money transfer as a saga (Standard §11.3): debit the source, credit the target; when the credit fails the debit is compensated. Accounts are sharded actors, Bank is a service whose methods are @idempotent (every saga step gets an idempotency key). oxl run makes two transfers, oxl test checks the happy path and the compensation.
