IV.7 Tests

• For each rpc — a unit test of the handler with mocks of dependencies.
• For each saga and durable pipeline — a sim test with network and node failures.
• Mark slow tests with @tag(slow), tests with external services with @tag(external), so that they can be disabled with the --tag flag.
• Values in tests are the same constants as in the code (PAGE_SIZE), not copies of literals.
