11.4 Idempotency

@idempotent without arguments uses ctx.idempotencyKey. The client library generates a key for each logical call and keeps it across retries.
@idempotent(key: r => expression) computes the key from the request.
A repeat with the same key and a different request body is the error IdempotencyMismatch.
